FALL 2018 - ADVANCED FINE ARTS
grades 7th - 12th
This is an intensive art program which involves advanced drawing and painting. Students will work from direct observations and from 2-D formatted images to recreate their own compositions. Students will be encouraged to develop their individual skill while utilizing fundamental drawing and painting techniques / concepts.
Advanced Fine Arts level students will learn to use various mediums, including charcoals, watercolor, acrylic & oil paint and etc. Classes are held weekly and are 90 minutes long. Small Class Sizes-10 students maximum.
* Activities include:
- Potential opportunities to compete at local, state and national art competitions including National Foundation for the Advancement of the Arts (high School students).
- Lesson plans tailored to individual students.
- Invited to attend college presentations at Shineh Art Studio.

SCHEDULE & TUITION
Each Advanced Fine Arts student must bring his/her own art bin to every class. Please purchase the folllowing art supplies: Drawing I, Drawing II and Painting.
