FALL 2018 - JUNIOR FINE ARTS 

grades 8th & under

 

Classes will focus on fundamental concepts of drawing and painting, as well as composition and perspective, which will help students build a stong foundation to be able to create realistic drawings and paintings. The program will also provide projects that are inspired by or relate to great masters of art. Exposure to various approaches to visual arts will allow young artists to expand their skills and creativity. 

 

Junior Fine Arts level students will learn to use various mediums: colored pencils, watercolor and acrylic paint. Middle school students may move on to more advanced mediums, including oil paint and charcoals. Classes are held weekly and are 60 minutes long. Small Class Sizes-10 students maximum.

 

* Activities include:

  • Potential opportunities to compete at local, state and national art competitions.
  • Invited to attend college presentations at Shineh Art Studio.

  • February, 2019 - June, 2019

Each Junior Fine Arts student must bring his/her own art bin to every class. Please purchase the folllowing art supplies: Drawing I and Painting.

GRADES: 8th & under

TIME: 12:30 - 1:30

Tuition: $125/academic month (4 wks)

TUITION: $1187.50 = 40 Lessons (5% discount)

 

OPTION 2: Fall Term (Half Year)

September 2018 - January 2019

TUITION: $606.25 = 20 Lessons (3% discount)
