How Enrollment Works
Submit Online Registration Form
Complete and submit the online registration form, which includes your electronic signature confirming agreement to our policies.
Submit Tuition Payment
Enrollment is first-come, first-served, and space is reserved only after payment is received.
Space Confirmed
Once payment is complete, your child’s seat is secured. You will receive a welcome confirmation containing important details, including the art supply list, studio calendar, and additional information to prepare for class.
If a Class is Full
Class availability on the registration form may not always be up-to-date. If a class is full, we will contact you promptly to offer a waitlist spot or an alternative day/time.
The possibility of a spot opening cannot be guaranteed. Availability is limited due to the high number of returning students each year. Early registration is strongly recommended.

You can still submit your registration and be added to the waitlist.
Please do not submit payment at this time. Your child will be automatically added to the waitlist for the desired class, and we will contact you immediately if a spot becomes available.
Register Early to Avoid Being Waitlisted.
Classes fill quickly each term, so we encourage you to register as soon as you decide to enroll or continue for the next term, especially if your child is not already enrolled in the full-year program.

Studio Visit
Families interested in seeing the studio, meeting the instructor, or asking questions are welcome to schedule a visit. This is entirely optional and not required for enrollment.
