BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!

This program introduces fundamental concepts of visual arts for students in 6th and 7th grade, helping them build confidence and develop as well-rounded young artists. Students expand on skills learned previously and gain exposure to a broader range of mediums, including pencil, charcoal, colored pencil, oil and acrylic paints, and more.

Classes often balance technical skill development with creative exploration. Students are introduced to art competitions appropriate for their level and are encouraged to participate, though competitions serve primarily as motivation and inspiration to explore ideas and refine their work.

Program Highlights:

• Weekly 90-minute classes
• Small class size (maximum 14 students)

Art supplies:

• Each Intermediate Fine Arts student must bring his/her own art bin to every class. Please purchase the following art supplies.

$270 (first & last month’s tuition) plus a one-time registration fee per new student is due at registration.
