To reserve a space, the following must be submitted together: the completed online registration form, the applicable tuition amount, and a one-time $45 registration fee per new student. No registration fee is required for summer camps.

Each class builds on the one before it, and consistent attendance is the foundation of your child's growth in the studio. Our years of experience have shown that students thrive in a steady, supportive environment — and we ask all families to make regular attendance a priority.
A note on availability: our classes run at full capacity, and open make-up spots are genuinely rare. While we do our best to accommodate every request, we cannot guarantee a make-up slot will be available when you need one. This is another reason we ask families to treat attendance as a priority — a missed class is often simply missed.
Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Allowances are based on program and enrollment:

A completed make-up request form must be submitted at least 24 hours before the absence — this is the only accepted method. The form will not accept past dates, so please plan ahead. All decisions are made through the form, recorded directly on our studio calendar, and are final.
If your child will be missing multiple classes due to an ongoing commitment, please reach out to us in advance. If another slot is available, we will do our best to temporarily accommodate a class time switch. Please note that returning to the original class time is subject to space availability.
Because enrollment is limited per session, we regret that guests may not be brought to class.
Shineh Art Studio, LLC does not accept responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of any student's personal property.
Any student found to be disruptive to the program or instructors may be dismissed from the session with no refund.
By enrolling, you grant Shineh Art Studio, LLC permission to use photographs of your child and their artwork for future promotional purposes. Your child's name will not be used to identify them in any publication without your consent. No compensation is provided to individuals featured in the images.
By enrolling, the parent or guardian agrees that each student is required to carry their own accident and medical insurance. Shineh Art Studio, LLC and its instructors are released from any and all liability, claims, and damages of any kind — known or unknown — arising out of or in any way connected with the student's participation, including personal injury, illness, accident, or property loss. In the event of a medical emergency, Shineh Art Studio may contact emergency services on the student's behalf but assumes no obligation or responsibility for any medical decisions, costs, or outcomes. Enrollment constitutes full and binding acceptance of this release.
Enrollment in any class or program constitutes full acceptance of all studio policies.
All information provided during registration is confirmed to be correct. Signing below indicates you have read and agree to all of Shineh Art Studio's policies.
